There may be parts of your life you’re proud of—and parts you’re ready to change. Your health. Your relationships. Your work. Your sense of purpose. The way you spend an ordinary Tuesday. In this 90-minute masterclass, I’ll share the process that helped me change careers, move to a new country, rebuild my health, find a new community, and deepen my relationships after 44. You’ll use that process to begin designing a next chapter that feels true to you.
A different question for your next chapter
Do I want to keep living the life I’ve built in the same way?
For years, I knew how to build businesses and pursue goals. But I reached a point where I had to ask a more personal question: Do I want to keep living the life I’ve built in the same way?
That question led to changes in nearly every area of my life. I didn’t make them all at once, and I didn’t have every answer before I began. I started by getting honest about where I was, deciding what mattered now, and making choices that brought my days into closer alignment with those values.
Life by Design is where I’ll share that process with you.
What you’ll work through
See your life clearly.
Take stock of your health, relationships, work, purpose, community, and joy. Identify the area that most needs your attention.
Define what matters now.
Explore the values you want your next chapter to reflect, even if they differ from the goals that guided your earlier years.
Recognize what keeps you in place.
Look at the beliefs, roles, habits, and expectations that may be shaping your choices today.
Design the conditions for change.
Consider how your routines, environment, relationships, and daily decisions can support the life you want to create.
Choose your first move.
Leave with a clear intention and one meaningful action you can take within seven days.
This is for you if…
You don’t need a complete plan before you come. Bring your questions and a notebook.
- You’ve accomplished a great deal, but want more meaning or enjoyment in the life you’re living.
- You’re reconsidering your career, lifestyle, health, relationships, or priorities.
- You sense that your next chapter could look different, but you’re unsure where to begin.
- You’re ready to reflect honestly and make changes you can carry into everyday life.
Meet your guide
I’m Zarak Fatah, an entrepreneur, coach, and mentor. I spent more than three decades building businesses before beginning a profound change in the direction of my own life. After 44, I changed careers, moved to a new country, recommitted to my health, built new community, and began creating a life more closely aligned with what matters to me.
Today, I help people look beyond what they’ve achieved and ask what they want their lives to feel like now—and what they’re willing to change to get there.
